Memorable Foods

Good Food Versus Bad Food

Do you know the difference between a great meal, one that you will remember, and a meal that you would rather forget? Have you anticipated dinning at a popular restaurant and have left disappointed?

The right combination of ingredients and spices makes the meal flavorful, delicious and memorable. Added to this combination, is the ability to follow and execute recipes.

We at The Boulevard Room are very fortunate to have an in house catering team which can create international foods. We are able to prepare and serve authentic ethnic foods. In addition, we experiment in blending foods of different cultures into a fabulous meal.

The Boulevard Room has hosted many inter-faith weddings. The event venue has been able to design food menus to accommodate both cultures.

Recently, The Boulevard hosted an East Indian-Polish wedding. The Appetizer was East Indian cuisine and consisted of samosa, pakora and a mixed green salad wrapped in a cucumber fence with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The next course was a Polish favorite dish, pierogis. The main course was served family style. Both East Indian dishes and Polish dishes were offered.

One of our chefs was born in Barbados and trained in the islands. She makes wicked Caribbean foods. We have done a large number of Caribbean weddings because of the quality and originality of the food prepared by her.

No request for food menus are denied. If there is a food choice which the catering team cannot execute, they will bring in a chef which can prepare the requested foods.

The food at the boulevard is prepared fresh daily. All meats are prime and all fish is wild and not farmed.

One of our chefs is vegetarian and is in charge of preparing and designing our vegetarian meal requests.

Our chefs design and execute menus to satisfy the need of each client
