Antipasto plate with prosciutto and melon, grilled vegetables, olives, boconccini tomatoes, marinated seafood salad.

Pasta:

Pasta plate featuring penne pasta in a tomato basil sauce with stuffed meat or cheese tortellini in an alfredo sauce.

Entree:

Beef tenderloin with skewer of grilled jumbo tiger shrimps or boneless breast of chicken accompanied by herb crusted roasted potatoes and a medley of seasonal vegetables

Bowl of California mix green salad with balsamic vinaigrette per table

Dessert:

Crème brule with fruit garnish, “Death by Chocolate” trio, apple tart tatin with cinnamon vanilla ice cream.

Late night sweet table:

Fresh seasonal fruits, petite fors, assorted pastries, mini dessert shooters,  Capuccino and Espresso
