Entree:
Beef tenderloin with skewer of grilled jumbo tiger shrimps or boneless breast of chicken accompanied by herb crusted roasted potatoes and a medley of seasonal vegetables
Bowl of California mix green salad with balsamic vinaigrette per table
Dessert:
Crème brule with fruit garnish, “Death by Chocolate” trio, apple tart tatin with cinnamon vanilla ice cream.
